The DB Implementation Team at TELUS Health is a dynamic group of nearly 300 skilled and motivated professionals, working together to deliver the most competitive integrated systems solutions available. We design, implement, and support a comprehensive DB pension administration solution for private and public sector clients.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in delivering integrated pension administration solutions to private and public sector clients. You will:

• Gather and analyze client requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure successful implementation of our comprehensive solution
• Work closely with solution architects, functional leads, developers, and quality assurance teams
• Create innovative solutions that meet complex business needs

This position offers extensive exposure to multiple business modules including Pension, Health & Welfare, Payroll, and Finance.

Qualifications

• A degree in administration, computer science, actuarial mathematics, business analysis, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant area, such as pension plan management, workflow management system implementation, or administrative process automation
• Proficiency in current computer technologies
• Experience in using Excel and the Microsoft Office suite

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Available to travel as needed
