  • Ability to write clear, concise and effective training Docs
  • Proficiency in technological tools for the design and delivery of virtual training
  • Ability to design learning paths and evaluate knowledge transfer
• Organization and Work Mode (Remote Work)
  • Strong autonomy, personal discipline, and ability to work without direct supervision
  • Proficiency in virtual collaboration and remote project management tools (e.g., Google Meet, Webex)
  • Ability to manage changing priorities with great attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and adherence to deadlines in a decentralized environment
• Tools and Training
  • Advanced proficiency in office and modeling tools (creation of work stream diagrams, technical Docs)
  • University degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Inspire planner, Google Suite and other platforms

Requirements

• Experience in nursing, healthcare management or project management
• Certification or concrete experience in instructional design
• Experience with healthcare software applications and use of a certified EMR
• Intermediate knowledge of English is required because you will occasionally interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
