Role Description
The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Solutions team. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional accounting and administration servicing for our clients’ assigned alternative investment funds.
As a business analyst, you will serve as a dedicated resource to the alternative investment fund services department to assist with internal and external client solutions/product based support.
- Act as a liaison between Operations, Solutions, Product, and Development teams.
- Identify, develop, and implement product and technology-based solutions to increase operational efficiency, improve accuracy, and mitigate operational risk.
- Document and implement business and functional product requirements.
- Build project plans in collaboration with others and drive projects to completion.
- Educate operations teams on products/solutions.
- Maintain a general understanding of various businesses, client businesses, and financial services.
- Work across multiple product teams to drive initiatives forward.
- Participate in IMS and corporate professional development sessions to identify processes across the division and organization.

Qualifications
- BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
- Experience with alternative investment systems; Geneva is preferred.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Self-motivation, organization, and drive to complete multiple client deliverables in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence or quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
