Role Description

Let Informed Recruitment help you to achieve your potential with an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to take a key role in the implementation of new application technology whilst continuously improving an application processes suite for a respected & established social enterprise as part of a wider digital transformation programme. This contract is offered on an initial three-to-six-month basis with scope to run - and outside of IR35.

The purpose of your role will be to shape, develop, and own end to end As-Is/To-Be business solutions, business analysis activities, and the development of business requirements, and/or develop functional and non-functional requirements for procurement. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Stakeholder engagement & analysis
• Requirement gathering ensuring robust elicitation & validation
• Translating business requirements into functional & technical specifications
• Engaging with internal & external stakeholders
• Improvement of existing business processes
• Artefact production
• Solution support and user acceptance testing
• Change impact assessments

Qualifications

• Demonstrable commercial experience of effectively working independently as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience mapping As Is/To Be processes and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Developing functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience working with Social Housing Management software (such as MRI Enterprise/Orchard Housing, MRI Housing One/OPENHousing, NEC Housing, Civica Cx Housing, Aareon QL/MIS ActiveH/Homemaster, Rubixx, etc)
• A good breadth of modular process experience
• Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic

Requirements

• Relevant certification (such as ITIL, BCS, vendor specific accreditation or similar)
• Rents and Estates subject matter expertise
