Role Description
This role involves improving and innovating processes within the collections department.
- Key role in a variety of projects
- Work closely with business, data, and IT to turn ideas into tangible improvements
- Analyze business processes to spot opportunities
- Develop a plan to implement ideas and shape them into permanent improvements

Projects may include:
- Generating attractive dashboards to share data insights
- Optimizing processes to reduce administrative work
- Initiating pilots to investigate the impact of ideas
- Translating improvements into requirements for the IT team
- Collaborate with external parties, like call centers, in optimization projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role (2+ years)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong collaborator
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
Requirements
- Analytical team player with excellent communication skills to manage various stakeholders
- Self-starter with the ability to develop project plans and specify requirements for the IT team
- Organizational skills and proven stakeholder management
