Role Description

The Business Analyst plays a critical role in enabling the commercial organization through data-driven insights, operational discipline, and continuous improvement of commercial processes. This role oversees commercial reporting infrastructure, including SFDC, Power BI dashboards, CRM reporting, pipeline analytics, and forecasting tools.

This position works closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and operations to drive commercial excellence across the organization by:

• Improving pipeline visibility
• Strengthening lead management processes
• Providing actionable insights that improve sales effectiveness

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, systems expertise, and commercial process knowledge, helping the organization translate data into insights that drive revenue growth and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
• 3–6+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Commercial Operations
• Experience supporting B2B sales teams; MedTech, manufacturing, or CDMO industry experience preferred
• Experience with technical selling process

Requirements

• Expert proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
