Role Description
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
- Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution
- Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME
- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform
- Extensive experience in creating and customizing Visualforce pages
- Familiarity with the transition and adaptation of Visualforce to the Salesforce Lightning interface
- Knowledge in data management and modeling in Salesforce, including custom and standard objects
- Experience working with Salesforce APIs and integration tools to connect Salesforce with external systems
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems
- Conduct thorough requirements analysis to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business processes align with technology solutions
- Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide strategic insights on business model strategies to drive organizational growth
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
