Role Description

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and motivated Application Support Lead with deep expertise in OpenText ECM to guide and elevate our application support capabilities.

Lead a team of dedicated engineers, acting as a critical bridge between technology and business needs
Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, ensuring the seamless operation of our critical business applications
Possess strong leadership qualities, capable of fostering collaboration across teams and driving key technical decisions
Champion continuous improvement by developing strategies to enhance support efficiency and mentoring junior team members

Qualifications

Expert-level proficiency in OpenText ECM tools
Proven track record in application remediation and IT troubleshooting
