Role Description

This role involves providing solution & technical expertise to drive development in automation of BI & reporting operations across the business.

Technical development of BI solutions & analysis used across the business as a key platform for data analysis and delivery of insights to clients.
Consultation and management of requirements & timelines on custom BI development and standardized data solutions.
Working within an Agile Scrum framework to deliver incremental developments to BI solutions and processes.
Effective communication and collaboration with other specialisms across the business to support operational deliveries.
Support junior team members across developments & operational support.
Contribute to development & review of team processes and strategy.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience with Power BI (or equivalent BI platforms).
Experience with data management platforms and systems used for data transformation, modelling and analysis.
Knowledge of SQL syntax, queries, and database management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across global teams.
Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies (advantageous).

Requirements

Competent in data modelling, data analysis and data visualization and the core technologies used to manage data solutions.
Continuously look for ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Ability to manage priorities and ensure technical alignment with business objectives.
Clear internal communications to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
Proactive in identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
