Role Description

The Client Support Analyst works closely with the Strategist to build reports, create filters, and support campaigns and triggers that improve team performance and client outcomes. This role is responsible for working within internal software platforms to deliver reporting, track activity, manage support cases, coordinate data appends with third-party partners, and ensure work is completed accurately and on time. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential because support analyst roles commonly center on case tracking, issue resolution, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in day-to-day tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a case-driven or task-driven environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to learn internal software systems and follow established procedures.
• Experience creating reports, tracking deliverables, or supporting operational processes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage follow-up items through completion.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and help move them toward resolution.

Requirements

• Experience in client support, account support, operations support, campaign support.
• Experience working with reporting tools, spreadsheets, CRM platforms, or case management systems.
• Experience coordinating with third-party data or file vendors is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree is helpful but not required; equivalent work experience is welcome.
• 1–3 years of experience in client support, operations, reporting support, or a related role preferred.
