[Hiring] Associate Data Support Analyst @GEHA Health

Role Description

The Associate Data Support Analyst is responsible for providing support to ensure efficiency for teams within Data & Analytics. This role involves assisting in operational efficiencies such as:

• Batch job monitoring
• Coordination of migration activities
• Production Incident triage
• Job optimization

This role supports both business data analysts and developers across multiple projects to ensure the smooth transition to go-live and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Requires 1-2 years of relevant data support experience or demonstrated experience within the healthcare industry or data and analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field
• Competent in tools such as SQL and Excel
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Snowflake
• Basic understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-centric environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with attention to detail

Requirements

• Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office
• A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mbps download x 5mbps upload) is required
• Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms
• Hotspots, satellite, and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role
• A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
