Role Description

This is a fully remote role supporting our Global Central Laboratory in Highland Heights, KY. We welcome applicants from all locations within the US.

• Assist with all data management project management-related activities
• Support closeout/lock of the study databases
• Coordinate all final lock processes
• Execute and support all study activities including:
  • Study database verification
  • Data transfer program validation
  • Preparation/delivery of data transmissions
  • Vendor lab result upload
  • Database reconciliation
  • Development and validation of customized study reports
• Lead all study database verification activities
• Manage all data transfer validation activities
• Prepare and deliver routine and interim/final data transmissions
• Independently assess custom reporting requirements
• Assist/lead routine data reconciliation activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years)
• In some cases, an equivalency of education, training, and/or directly related experience will be considered sufficient

Requirements

• Knowledge of reading and interpreting user requirements documents
• Programming/logic knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office products
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Time management, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Working Environment

• Work is performed in a laboratory and/or a clinical environment
• Occasional drives to site locations, occasional domestic travel
• Exposure to biological fluids with potential exposure to infectious organisms
• Rare exposure to skin and lung irritants, radiation, toxic materials, and hazardous waste
• Personal protective equipment required such as protective eyewear, garments, and gloves
• Exposure to fluctuating and/or extreme temperatures on rare occasions
