[Hiring] Analyst Reimbursement II @Amsurg

Role Description

This role supports the RCM Departments by providing data analytics and reporting.

• Collect, clean, and analyze revenue cycle data from multiple sources (billing, claims, EHR systems, etc.)
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor KPIs such as denial rates, AR days, cash collections, and payer performance
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement across the revenue cycle
• Collaborate with billing, coding, and finance teams to provide data-driven recommendations
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis related to revenue cycle operations
• Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects for leadership
• Read and abide by the company’s code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures, and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs
• Report any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment, or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company
• Obtain clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so
• Support and abide by the values of the company

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis (healthcare or revenue cycle preferred)
• Familiarity with healthcare billing, coding, and payer processes is a plus
