[Hiring] Analyst (Qualitative) @Care Quality Commission

Role Description

As a Qualitative Analyst in our Primary, Community Care and Inequalities Team, you’ll turn real experiences and data into insight that helps improve health and care services for people across the country.

• Deliver meaningful insight: Analyse qualitative and mixed data from different sources, turning it into clear and useful findings that support better decisions.
• Create engaging outputs: Develop reports and visualisations that communicate insight in a simple and compelling way for a range of audiences.
• Work with stakeholders: Collaborate with colleagues and partners to shape analysis, making sure outputs meet their needs and are fit for purpose.

Qualifications

• Experience carrying out qualitative analysis, including collecting, coding and interpreting large volumes of data to produce clear findings.
• Experience using a range of research or analytical methods, including some understanding of quantitative data, and choosing the right approach for the task.
• Experience presenting insights in a clear way, such as through written reports, storytelling or visual formats, tailored to different audiences.
