Role Description
Join Our Team as a Website Prospecting Specialist! Are you looking for a new opportunity? We're hiring immediately, and we want YOU to join our growing team!
- Prospect for new business and follow up filling forms every day
- Manage and organize leads in CRM; ensure correct information, notes, and all pertaining details about the lead are recorded
- Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management
- Qualify leads to convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents
- Handle data entry, online research, scheduling calls, and other administrative tasks to keep things organized and up to date
Qualifications
- English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to work on a US/UK time zone shift
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
- Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude
Requirements
- Headset: USB headset with noise cancellation
- Webcam: Working webcam
- Computers: Primary and backup computer with at least i3 to i7 processor and 8GB RAM
- Internet: Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps wired connection; backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps
