Role Description
This role involves providing virtual office and scheduling services for home inspectors.
- Field incoming calls, texts, and emails for the companies supported.
- Answer client questions and provide price quotes.
- Schedule home inspection appointments using booking software.
- Respond to general office correspondences (email, text, voicemail).
- Deliver a great customer experience.
- Work as part of a team assigned to specific clients.
- Participate in a comprehensive training program on the home inspection industry.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and language skills; English speaking is a must.
- Detail-oriented and accurate, committed to following defined processes.
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Strong computer skills; ability to navigate websites and standard software applications.
- Strong digital communication skills (email, chat, text, etc.).
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems and communication channels.
Requirements
- Reliable internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
- Desktop or laptop with specific OS and hardware requirements.
- A quiet space to work.
- Must be willing to install ACC-sanctioned AntiVirus software.
Benefits
- Full-Time position (40+ hours per week).
- Pay rate: MXN 130.00 an hour.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) Incentive: MXN 463.00 per month.
