Role Description
We’re looking for a Technical Success Manager who is both tech-savvy and great with customers! In this role, you’ll help new customers get started, ensure they have a smooth experience, and support them in using our product successfully. You’ll also work closely with the sales team to bridge the gap between technical and customer needs.
Our Client is experiencing rapid growth, having expanded 3X over the past 12 months—and this is just the beginning. Operating in the IT Operations and Cyber market, their cutting-edge technology and platform have already generated significant revenue and traction with customers worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Main focus: Pre-Sales Support: Help customers set up and test our product during the sales process.
- Potential to add more work and Onboarding & Customer Success: Guide new customers through setup, training, and ongoing support.
- Customer Support: Be the go-to person for technical questions and ensure customers have a great experience.

Technical Skills:
- Experience with network infrastructure and hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) – Must-have.
- Familiarity with Linux.
- Experience with cloud technologies (a plus).
- Customer-Facing Experience: Must have experience working directly with customers.
- Great Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Fluent English: Strong spoken and written English is a must.
