Role Description
This role involves coordinating a customer's shipments by quoting, booking, and scheduling to ensure an optimal customer service experience within a teamwork-based and tech-driven company.
- Schedule appointments via email, phone, or customer TMS based on customer requirements.
- Work with members of other teams to guarantee a smooth delivery process.
- Work with the Customer Sales team to improve specific customer scheduling processes to ensure optimal loads.
- Work with the Carrier Sales team to optimize loads to improve carrier sourcing.
- Assist with challenging requests and know when they should be escalated.
Qualifications
- 6m+ Logistics/Brokerage experience required
- Experience with high-volume scheduling, coordinating, or planning in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer service
- Fluent in English - Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with USA geography
- Go-getter attitude with the ability to come up with solutions to challenges
