Role Description
As a Retention Specialist, you are a motivated individual who embodies our commitment to helping customers navigate the complexities of insurance effortlessly.
- Interact with customers through various channels (email, phone, chat) to offer comprehensive support and guidance.
- Become a trusted advisor by understanding each customer's unique needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions.
- Recognize opportunities to promote additional insurance products or policy upgrades based on customers' needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional and external teams, including sales, underwriters, quoting specialists, and more, to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of P&C experience; P&C license required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- A genuine passion for assisting others and a commitment to putting the customer first.
- An understanding of sales principles and the ability to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the industry; a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is beneficial.
Requirements
- Individuals who reside in Alaska, California, Colorado, Montana, New York, Nevada, and Rhode Island are not eligible for this remote role.
