Role Description

This role involves bringing deep expertise in digital payments and adoption to our implementation team, fostering digital payment adoption among both new and existing customers.

  • Provide expert guidance and support to new and existing customers for adopting and growing digital payments.
  • Actively manage the digital payments implementation process and work with clients and third parties to ensure a smooth implementation and acceleration towards first transactions.
  • Continue to engage with customers over the next 90 days to accelerate and adopt electronic transactions, monitoring transaction penetration via monthly reporting.
  • Responsible for obtaining key metrics for digital payments and providing an in-depth transition plan to Customer Success and Support.
  • Educate clients on how to use the Enumerate Digital Payment offerings, including specific accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  • Partner with team members for regular transactional processes and reporting needs.
  • Improve payment success for existing clients by optimizing the payments process across the organization.
  • Own effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders during the onboarding process.
  • Provide digital payment training and end user support during and after the implementation process.
  • Meet digital payment project deadlines as assigned by a Project Manager and schedule meetings directly with clients to move projects forward.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of proven experience working as an implementation consultant and an understanding of how payments work and are implemented.
  • Understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to speak confidently in front of a group.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Subject area knowledge in property management and accounting software a plus.
  • Travel of 5% expected for quarterly team meetings.
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
