Role Description

PCG is currently seeking experienced Patient Outreach Specialists to join our team! This is a quick hire opportunity. Candidates must be prepared to start ASAP!

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling video calls with members eligible for a free annual health visit, ensuring they receive the benefits they are entitled to before the end of the year. You will also handle various administrative duties, including:

• Scheduling video calls with eligible members for their free annual health visit.
• Updating account records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assisting members with language barriers through the provided language line.
• Addressing and identifying special circumstances that may arise during member outreach.
• Providing excellent customer service while advocating for the members' needs and concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, outreach, or advocacy roles.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse populations.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be available to start immediately.

Benefits

• Full-time and part-time hours available, Monday - Friday.
