Role Description
We are currently looking for a self-motivated, flexible, team player to join our VUE (Veracity Underwriting Experience) Team as a remote Online Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, your primary role will be to provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls. This is not a call center job! We are an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot.
- Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
- Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
- Maintain regular and timely attendance
- Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
- Ability to manage individual stress/composure
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 years' experience in customer service
- Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
- Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite
