Role Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Onboarding Specialist to join our small but mighty team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration processes for new clients
- Assist in onboarding new clients, providing guidance and support to bridge the gap between Sales, Integration and Account Management Teams
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and addressing any issues that may arise during the onboarding process
Qualifications
- At least one year experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry
- Fluent in English (at least C1 if not a native speaker); Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus
- A good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills
- A basic understanding of Jira or similar system
