Role Description

As an Onboarding Analyst you will report to the Onboarding and Risk Manager and support the execution of Paddle’s Risk Strategy. This position requires someone who can think outside the box, has a “can do” attitude, has strong onboarding experience in ecommerce, and willingness to learn and adapt in the ever changing world of payments.

  • Review supplier applications/accounts to determine if Paddle can support the business
  • Investigate escalations from our internal teams
  • Investigate alerts generated from our onboarding solution
  • Provide insight to help make improvements in our onboarding process
  • Provide expertise to the wider business in Onboarding
  • Be confident in making judgement calls (at times based on limited information)
  • Communicate in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years Onboarding/Underwriting experience
  • 1-3 years experience working in Merchant Acquiring, E-Commerce, SaaS or a similar role at a FinTech
  • Proven ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
  • Comfortable making decisions and supporting your decision
  • High value on accuracy and completeness of work
  • Strong data analysis and investigative skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly, sensitively, and effectively with suppliers
