Role Description
This role involves providing exceptional customer service as a Bilingual Customer Support Representative (CSR) at Wunderdog.
- Assist callers with their questions and needs, making a difference one conversation at a time.
- Address inquiries about programs and related services.
- Provide clear answers and actionable next steps, guided by comprehensive training.
- Handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Document every case accurately and thoroughly in ticketing software.
- Delight callers with patience, empathy, and top-tier support.
Qualifications
- Clear, confident, and friendly communication skills.
- Ability to explain solutions effectively.
- Comfortable typing while talking (35+ WPM preferred).
- Passion for helping others with patience and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus.
- Self-motivated and reliable team player.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- No prior experience required; training provided.
