Role Description
As a Onboarding Consultant DACH & International, you will be a key player responsible for the growth and development of Virtuagym as well as establishing a strong connection with our customers. You will add to the process of engaging and motivating our clients to use our software and expanding our customer base every day.
- Ensure new customers get value from their new software package as quickly as possible.
- Provide tailored advice to help customers become Virtuagym fans.
- Onboard your own portfolio of starting clients and advise them in the software implementation from A to Z.
- Ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction through service and involvement during consultations.
- Recognize important customer issues and focus on these to contribute to retention.
Some of your key tasks as a Onboarding Consultant:
- Make our customers successful in the first few months of their lifetime.
- Provide high-quality and well-structured onboarding.
- Host 1:1 consulting sessions.
- Reach out proactively to ensure goals are met in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with managing client communication, from call center, hospitality, events.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German (Native) and English.
- Ability to connect easily with people.
- Comfortable working with a lot of freedom and autonomy.
- True problem solver with great empathic skills.
- Fast learner and tech savvy.
- Strong organization and time management skills and ability to think outside the box.
