Role Description

This role involves supporting IT operations and contributing to automation efforts at Virtuagym.

Provide first-line IT support to the team, addressing hardware and software issues.
Assist in identifying repetitive IT tasks and explore opportunities for automation.
Learn and apply basic scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to automate routine tasks.
Help maintain and update IT infrastructure, including workstations, software, and network equipment.
Create and update documentation for IT processes and automation scripts.
Work closely with HR and Security teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
Suggest and implement improvements to IT processes and systems.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBO4 (or equivalent) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
A genuine interest in IT support and a passion for automation.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Familiarity with Windows and other operating systems.
A desire to learn scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Someone who likes to get things done and does not mind getting their hands dirty.
