Role Description

This role involves being the primary point of contact for Nordic-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and proactive sales assistance.

Deliver outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
Identify customer needs and suggest tailored product solutions to enhance sales potential.
Effectively manage order processing and respond to inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience and drive sales initiatives.
Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry developments to assist customers effectively.
Participate in continuous training to enhance customer care and sales skills.

Qualifications

Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English is required.
Strong customer service skills with a proven track record in sales.
Prior experience in a customer care or sales role is preferred.
Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
Proficient in CRM software and sales management.
Team player with a positive attitude and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
A passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
