Role Description

In this role, you will support Italian-speaking customers from the comfort of your home, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth retail experience.

• Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain a friendly and positive approach during all customer interactions.
• Document all customer communications accurately to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
