Role Description
This role involves providing client intake and administrative support within a law firm setting.
- Manage the client intake process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide initial consultation screenings.
- Assist in revamping and optimizing the intake process for efficiency.
- Create engaging content for blog posts related to employment law topics.
- Design marketing graphics using Canva.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations for firm use.
- Assist with generating invoices and processing client billing.
- Utilize LEAP for billing and case management.
- Assess the nature of each case and effectively triage to the appropriate person(s).
- Collaborate with managing attorney and staff to ensure seamless referrals and handovers.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in interactions with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with department heads and other team members to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to client services.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss ongoing cases and share relevant information.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as an intake specialist in a law firm (preferably in litigation).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Familiarity with LEAP case management software (experience with Clio is a plus).
- Experience with content creation, including writing blog posts, designing graphics, and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to train and help improve processes for client intake.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Background in CLIO and LEAP is a plus to have.
