Role Description

This role involves managing a dynamic account managers’ team and professionals in a 100% remote environment.

  • Manage and Supervise the Account Managers Team & Professionals: Ensure the achievement of goals and targets while fostering an environment of continuous growth and improvement.
  • Training & Mentorship: Develop and implement training programs that empower your team members to reach their full potential.
  • Motivation & Recognition: Drive team performance through incentive programs, recognition, and maintaining a high-energy, high-performance culture.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential markets, driving growth and increasing the company’s reach.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitive analysis to understand both opportunities and challenges, crafting strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Client Negotiations: Lead and participate in negotiations with key clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
  • Customer Success Strategy & Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize client relationships, enhance account management, and drive customer satisfaction, while identifying new opportunities and addressing potential challenges to ensure long-term success.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (ES/EN): Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, with exceptional negotiation skills in both languages, crucial for client success management.
  • Leadership & Results-Oriented: Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing accounts teams, manage strategic projects, and deliver outstanding customer success outcomes in high-pressure environments.
  • Strategic & Analytical: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify challenges and develop innovative, data-driven solutions that foster business growth and enhance client success.
  • Commercial Experience: Extensive experience in upselling negotiations, successful booking strategies, and cultivating long-term, positive client relationships.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using tools like Excel to track and analyze the performance of account management teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Commitment to Success: The ideal candidate places professional success as a top priority, even in challenging personal circumstances. Willingness to travel to the U.S. twice a year is required.

  • Proven success in leading and managing high-performing account manager teams, driving exceptional results in customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong ability to develop and implement customer success strategies, ensuring long-term partnerships and growth.
  • Academic background is not a constraint—Communications skills, experience, leadership, and strategic vision are the key factors.
  • Expertise in corporate sales, upselling, bookings, and creating tailored strategies to foster client success and increase revenue.

Benefits

  • Work from Anywhere, Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week, with a fixed schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM US Central time.
  • This role includes exciting business trips to the U.S. twice a year, giving you the chance to connect with our dynamic team in person and experience the energy of working in the States firsthand.
  • Start Date: ASAP, but flexible for the right candidate.
  • Base salary: $48,000 per year ($4,000/month)
  • Variable pay: $36,000 per year ($3,000/month)
  • Total potential earnings: $84,000 per year
