Role Description

This role involves leading the customer support team at ChiroCat to ensure world-class support for our customers.

  • Quickly tackle initiatives to improve Support operations by creating or improving systems, tools, and processes.
  • Learn the ropes of our software and chiropractic operations to become an expert.
  • Provide world-class customer support yourself.
  • Lead and mentor the customer support team, ensuring they have the resources, training, and tools needed.
  • Build processes and implement systems to enhance support efficiency.
  • Oversee the onboarding team to assist new customers in transitioning to ChiroCat.
  • Lead efforts in hiring and building a world-class customer support team.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience leading customer support teams.
  • At least 4 years of experience working in customer support.
  • Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing.
  • Experienced customer support professional with a passion for quality support.
  • Experience managing team members and responsible for their performance and engagement.
  • Understanding of voice and tone in customer interactions.
  • Problem solver skilled at understanding customer issues.
  • Familiarity with popular support technology and hands-on experience implementing them.
  • Experience leading the creation and improvement of internal and customer-facing resources.
  • Ability to identify and implement improvements proactively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture focus.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools.
  • Ability to learn complex topics, such as medical billing.
  • Skilled at creating processes from the ground up.
  • Well-organized and proficient in time management.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and productive.
  • Team player at heart.
  • Bonus points for experience with medical office operations.
