Role Description

We’re looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients—helping them book, reschedule, and manage their beauty appointments. Your goal: make every interaction feel seamless, polished, and personal. If you’re a great communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment—and you’re fluent in both English and French—we’d love to meet you.

Handle booking inquiries via chat, email, and phone (in both French and English)
Reschedule or adjust bookings as needed
Notify customers and therapists about appointment changes or delays
Assign replacement therapists for canceled appointments
Assist with group and corporate bookings
Address low-level complaints professionally and efficiently

Qualifications

At least 3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a remote setup
Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver a premium experience
Self-starter who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure

Requirements

Bonus if you have experience in luxury or beauty customer service
A genuine interest in the beauty and wellness industry
