Role Description
This role involves providing customer support to French-speaking clients in the Online Content Creators Department.
- Provide customer support in French through email, phone, and chat
- Assist content creators with inquiries related to platform features and tools
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our support system
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to address and resolve client issues
- Guide clients on best practices for utilizing the platform for content creation
- Engage in regular training to stay updated on platform changes and enhancements
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the online or content creation sectors
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive approach to providing high-quality customer service
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Comfortable using customer support tools and technologies
