Role Description
This role involves connecting with talented candidates in the Norwegian-speaking demographic while working remotely.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles with a focus on Norwegian-speaking candidates
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent
- Conduct interviews and evaluations to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout their recruitment experience
- Stay current on recruitment trends and workforce developments in Norway
- Provide consistent updates and feedback to candidates about their application status
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all recruitment activities for tracking and reporting purposes
Qualifications
- Fluency in Norwegian and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in freelance or remote positions
- Solid understanding of contemporary recruitment practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Able to work independently with the ability to juggle multiple recruitment tasks
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
