Role Description
This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in the aviation industry and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to aviation services.
- Assist customers with flight information, bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries about aviation operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain updated records in the company’s database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the aviation industry to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.
- Promote a positive company image through professional and courteous interactions with customers.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
