Role Description

As an Escalations Representative within PNC's Treasury Management Care Center organization, you will be based anywhere within PNC's footprint. Most of your time will be assisting clients in the Live Message (LM) support team, with occasional phone or email support required.

Resolve complex escalated issues with a high customer and institutional impact.
Balance customer and service partner demands from multiple channels.
Deliver CARES model to customers and service partners.
Research, analyze, own, and coordinate resolution of escalated customer complaints.
Document the problem resolution process for each investigated complaint.
Respond to escalated issues via verbal and written responses.
Act as a point person/subject matter expert for escalated issues.
Facilitate problem resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a customer advocate in accordance with Customer Advocacy Principles.
Identify trends negatively impacting customer experience and escalate for root cause analysis.

Requirements

Typically requires an Associates or equivalent degree.
4+ years of related business or functional experience.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
