Role Description
This role involves driving success for an assigned subset of strategic members, ensuring they receive value from our technology and services.
- Own Customer Success member activities including adoption, advocacy, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Focus on revenue growth through expanding technology/consulting and building relationships at mid and C-suite levels.
- Ensure members maximize the value of the Stanson-Premier relationship.
- Meet/exceed goals related to relationship development, renewal rate, and Net Promoter Score.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility #1– 60%: Maintain proactive cadence with customers, analyze data trends, and coordinate presentations.
- Responsibility #2 – 20%: Identify and validate value and return on investment Stanson-Premier delivers to members.
- Responsibility #3 – 10%: Utilize standard practices and contribute to ongoing improvement for Customer Success.
- Responsibility #4 – 10%: Stay current on all Stanson-Premier services, technology, and industry changes.
Qualifications
- 7 or more years of applicable experience.
- Bachelor's degree (Required).
Requirements
- Experience managing or implementing large complex accounts with multiple products and services.
- Ability to develop relationships and engage with health system C-suite and other key stakeholders.
- Experience with executive level presentations and health system operations.
- Consulting experience with Epic, Cerner, Athena, or other EMR implementation.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
