Role Description
As we expand our presence in Portuguese-speaking countries, we are looking for a part-time customer support specialist who is fluent in Portuguese on a freelancing basis.
- Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese, providing timely and helpful assistance.
- Identify and reach out to potential influencers for collaboration opportunities.
- Enhance the overall wording and content on the website to ensure clarity and appeal to the Portuguese market.
Qualifications
- Native Portuguese speaker with fluency in English.
- Experience with social media management, particularly on Instagram.
- Available for approximately 2 hours per day on a freelance basis.
- Preferred: Experience in customer support and familiarity with Shopify.
