Role Description

Stallion Prepit Team is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with top-notch communication skills and is capable of handling phone and email support, working together with the operations team and account managers.

• Handling Phone Calls
• Handling Emails
• Communicating with Operations Team Lead and Account Managers
• Answering General Inquiries pertaining to the service offerings
• Resolving any issues that come up

Qualifications

• 1 year Customer Service Experience Minimum
• Solid work from home setup with good connection including headset

Requirements

• Ecommerce experience an asset (not required, but would be a great asset)

Work Hours

• Monday to Friday: Must be available to work from 9 AM - 5 PM EST
• Minimum of 40 hours per week
