Role Description
When you join Colibri, you’ll be part of a team that’s supporting our customers from the front lines. As a Customer Service Representative – Silent Channel, you’ll play a vital role in sales order processing in a constantly evolving industry, while using a variety of tools and technology. In the process, you’ll handle a broad range of duties such as:
- Processing securities and insurance orders
- Handling escalated client issues
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely fashion

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Requirements
- Process all securities & insurance sales orders assigned through sales rep engagement, direct client contact as needed, or via automated order processing queue
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of information in response to client inquiries
- Communicate clearly to sales team members all client issues and challenges that have been escalated to ensure cross-functional alignment and a high standard of care
- Assist with customer order requests or issue escalations as needed, including but not limited to order processing and account status
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation with a commitment to succeed both individually and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Aptitude to learn and navigate new software quickly, and comfortable using multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously
- Reliable in-home internet connection
- Dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
- Work-from-home experience preferred

- Set schedule
- Full-Time 8:00am - 5:00 pm CT (Schedule after training)
- Some holiday coverages may be required
