Role Description
This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support as a Customer Service Representative.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, providing clear and effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend helpful solutions.
- Stay up to date on company services to provide accurate and insightful assistance.
- Represent Bridgepoint Works with empathy, enthusiasm, and expertise.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use CRM and support tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
Requirements
- Experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure-related industries (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, help desk software, or ticketing systems (nice-to-have).
- Previous experience in a high-volume support environment (nice-to-have).
