Role Description
This role involves providing support and guidance to customers regarding their bone health and AlgaeCal products.
- Acting as a knowledge base for customer inquiries related to products and bone health
- Actively listening to customers and providing them with the information needed to make informed decisions
- Supporting customers through various mediums (email, phone)
- Processing orders and returns for customers
- Helping customers understand the results of their DEXA bone scans
- Updating records of customer interactions, processing accounts, and filing documents
- Setting customers up for maximum success
Qualifications
- Solid customer service background
- Passionate about natural health
- Expert at building rapport with customers
- Organized and humble
- Critical and creative thinker
- Desire for feedback and self-improvement
- Brilliant multi-tasker
Requirements
- Flexibility to work a fixed schedule, typically 9am - 5pm PST
- Ability to work five consecutive days, with schedules tailored to business needs
