Role Description
- Providing a great online shopping (buying/selling) experience, listening to customer feedback, and acting on it
- Working independently to grow online sales and monthly sales targets
- Being passionate about secondhand products and having confident conversations with customers
- Maintaining stock record accuracy and being prepared for stock control routines
- Any other ad-hoc tasks related to the role that required by the Company
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Flexible and able to handle various tasks effectively
- Any other ad-hoc tasks required by the Company
