Role Description
This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a night-shift position.
- Customer Service by phone, e-mail, or social media for solving any incidents generated daily.
- Managing and efficiently handling incoming calls and chats.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions.
- Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred.
- High Korean level (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or English.
- Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solution-oriented and reliable professional.
- Incredibly detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Decisive and organized.
- Enjoy being part of a dynamic team in a growing company.
- Candidates must reside in Spain.
Requirements
- Work schedule: 00:00 am - 8:00 am with a 30-minute break.
