Role Description

This role involves providing exceptional customer care in a remote environment.

• Serve as the friendly first point of contact for our customers, via phone, chat, and email
• Listen actively, empathize, and resolve issues — big or small
• Help guide customers on our products or services; problem-solve in real-time
• Document interactions in the CRM; follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Escalate issues when needed, and work with teammates to improve customer experience
• Be open to learning new tools/processes; adapt to change as we grow

Qualifications

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude
• Comfortable with tech (quick to learn new software/tools)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote environment
• Reliable internet/home office setup
• U.S. legal authorization to work

Requirements

• Bonus if you have prior customer service/call center/remote support experience
• Experience with CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk…)
• Second language skills
