Role Description
This role involves joining the dynamic field of community management and customer support with an exciting opportunity offered by Konecta, a global firm. You will work remotely with our European-wide team and provide top-tier support to our client Coca-Cola.
- Fixed Term contract until 31st December 2025, with potential for extension to a permanent role
- Part-time hybrid position, ideally 4 hours a day
- Initial customer support experience and/or community management required
- Fluency in English and Czech; Slovak knowledge appreciated but not required
- Flexible working hours: ideally 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon, but 4 hours in either time slot is acceptable
- Work on diverse customer support projects under the guidance of experienced professionals
- Interact with consumers via LiveChat, email, and social media messages using the Sprinklr platform
- Collaborate closely with Coca-Cola’s teams to answer customer questions and requests online
- Work in an agile environment with a strong work culture and support for young professionals
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience as a customer support specialist or in social media community management
- Strong interest in client relations and service excellence
- Effective communication skills for understanding and resolving customer issues
- Team player who thrives in collaborative environments
- Detail-oriented and excels in fast-paced, service-driven settings
- Enthusiastic learner committed to advancing customer support skills
- Proficiency in customer support tools and software such as Sprinklr is highly valued
Requirements
- Act as a brand ambassador for The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC)
- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels (mainly email or online messages)
- Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve issues and improve service
- Assist in identifying and implementing service improvement initiatives
- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on excellence in customer interactions
- Support in documenting and presenting customer support strategies and outcomes
