Role Description

As a Client Support Professional, you will provide customer service support to clients of ARISE® Virtual Solutions, which partners with Fortune 500 companies across various industries.

• e-Commerce

• Healthcare & Utilities

You will assist customers through:

• Inbound Calls
• Live Chat
• Email Support

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A passion for helping others and resolving issues
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems
• A quiet, distraction-free home office setup
• Availability to attend virtual certification training sessions

Requirements

• This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
• All CSPs are responsible for their own equipment.
• Must successfully complete a client-specific certification program before servicing.
