Role Description
As a member of the Client Services team, the Client Services Specialist will proactively address client issues with a blend of optimism and realism, with an emphasis on clear communication. This position will support Etix’s growing client base via phone and email, as well as onsite at live events.
- Work directly with venues and promoters to provide world class support
- Create and support events on the Etix platform
- Onboard new clients
- Travel and on-site support to live events is required for this position (generally 25% and up to 30-40% during summer concert/fair/festival season)
- Moving, installing, and supporting Etix equipment (Ability to lift 30lbs)
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent is required; Associates Degree or higher is preferred
- Knowledgeable about the ticketing industry and live events
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to providing excellent service in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Being a collaborator and team player
- Having the ability to learn quickly and adapt in high-paced environments
- Web and tech savvy
- Must be flexible about working nights, weekends and occasional holidays
