Role Description

The Client Service Coordinator position will help guide our clients through their entire case process through the firm’s different communication channels. This individual will ensure the client understands where they are in each stage of the process, assist them with questions regarding documents or processes, and set the client up for success from the outset. As the primary point of contact, this individual’s primary role is to ensure client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries via phone calls, emails, and text messages as soon as possible.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the firm's services, policies, and immigration processes to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Update client records in the law firm's database, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client information, as required.
  • Work collaboratively with Team Leads and various departments to resolve client issues, escalating complex matters, as necessary.
  • Continuous communication with various departments to ensure the client’s requests are being handled and supported in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with clients to gather necessary documents, information, or signatures to comply with immigration requirements, as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback to improve processes and services.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards when handling client information.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish English) B2-C1
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • At least one year of experience in a similar remote position supporting immigration law preferred

Requirements

  • Possess excellent bilingual (English & Spanish) interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Active listening skills to understand client needs and concerns accurately.
  • Proficient in using online software, email systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve problems and find creative solutions to address client issues effectively.

Benefits

  • Part-time Schedule: Saturday to Monday: 10:00AM - 9:00PM EST / 1 hour lunch break in between (10-hour shift). 30 hours per week.
  • Training Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 6:00 PM EST / 1 hour lunch break in between (8-hour shift) 40 hours per week (2 weeks of training).
  • Pay rate: $6.25/hr.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable computer with at least:
    • 8-16GB RAM
    • 256GB SSD
    • Core i5 processor (2.0GHz or higher)
    • Webcam
    • Minimum 25mbps network speed
